Stress Test & Final Sign-Off

Phase 8

The Meiji Engineering Solutions Group’s factory automation Stress Test is a critical component of a project's implementation and is designed to push the system beyond its normal operational limits.

Its purpose is to identify a system's breaking points, evaluate its robustness and resilience, and ensure it can handle unexpected events without catastrophic failure.

Unlike a simple load test, which simulates normal peak usage, a stress test deliberately overloads the system to see how it behaves under duress.

After the successful completion of the Stress Test (as defined by the customer and Meiji) the project documents are 'signed off' and the system is released to the customer in full operational mode.
